Headstand (Salamba Shirshasana)
Today’s Move Your Mind is about going upside down and, more specifically, headstands. I’ll give you a couple of options and tips and discuss its benefits for our creative minds.
Anytime we move upside down, we gain a literal new perspective of the world around us. How can we also use this idea in our writing?
Have fun!

Headstand brainstorming (like the Evil Brainstorming of Dr. Kate Henry in this community, article linked below)
Stravinsky did it (+ coffee and napping with steal balls…although I think maybe just napping could do it?)

Let us know how you feel when you try it! Have a great week.
I love this! And thank you for including my article and poem! For me, a headstand works a lot better than 50 cups of coffee like Balzac. 😉
What a wonderful piece of writing to wake up to. Thank you for this 💕
